Refund & Exchange Policy

At Navora, we do not accept returns. However, we offer size exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Exchange is allowed only for size issues or if you received a damaged/incorrect product.
  • Customers must share an unboxing video as proof for damaged/wrong items.
  • Reverse shipping charges for exchange will be borne by the customer.

We do not provide refunds once the order is delivered.
